We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you. To make it easy to find your perfect pair, we offer easy returns and exchanges for purchases made only on vionicshoes.co.nz.
You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 60 days of purchase as long as they are in a resalebale condition. The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee remains in place. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. After we receive your return, please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.
HOW TO MAKE A
RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Contact customer service via phone: 0800 827 954 or email: email@example.com, to organise a return or exchange.
STEP TWO: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging.
STEP THREE: Place the shoe box(s) into a shipping carton or satchel, and include the 'To' address: Vionic Shoes, Unit 5/9A Jupiter Grove, Trentham, Upper Hutt 5018, New Zealand. Also include any other documentation needed.
STEP FOUR: Drop off your package at any authorized New Zealand Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days after we have received for the credit to show on your statement.
*Exchanges can only be made for the same style or products of equal value.
OUTLET PRODUCTS - The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee does not apply to any outlet products. Outlet products can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 30 days as long as the product is in the original packaging in a resaleable condition. Outlet products can be found here.
VAULT PRODUCTS - The 30 Day Comfort Guarantee does apply to any Vionic Vault promotion products, however these can only be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 30 days.
