We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you. To make it easy to find your perfect pair, we offer easy returns and exchanges for purchases made only on vionicshoes.co.nz.

You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as the original purchase was made on vionicshoes.co.nz. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. After we receive your return, please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers.

HOW TO MAKE A

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

STEP ONE:
Contact customer service via phone: 0800 827 954 or email: info@vionicshoes.co.nz, to organise a return or exchange.

STEP TWO: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging.

STEP THREE: Place the shoe box(s) into a shipping carton or satchel, and include the 'To' address: Vionic Shoes, Unit 5/9A Jupiter Grove, Trentham, Upper Hutt 5018, New Zealand. Also include any other documentation needed. 

STEP FOUR: Drop off your package at any authorized New Zealand Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days after we have received for the credit to show on your statement.

*Exchanges can only be made for the same style or products of equal value.

If you purchased from a Vionic authorised retailer, please process the return directly with the retailer according to the retailer’s return policy.

A note about unauthorised retailers:
While some of our retailers are authorised to sell on Amazon, many are not. Vionic does NOT offer refunds or credits on products purchased from any unauthorised dealers.

Vionic does NOT authorise any of its retailers to sell on eBay. Accordingly, Vionic does not offer any refunds or credits for Vionic products purchased on eBay.

If you are not sure whether a retailer is an authorised Vionic retailer, please check our Vionic Store Locator.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchase from a retailer who is not listed as authorised, the product might be counterfeit. These counterfeit products might not provide the high quality standards found in Vionic products. We cannot guarantee the quality, fit or feel of counterfeit products.

Receive your order as a gift from vionicshoes.co.nz? Please call our customer service team at 0800 827 954 or email us at info@vionicshoes.co.nz. Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. NZDT.

You can either exchange your gift item for the same style in a different size or color, item of the same value or exchange it for an e-gift card for the amount of the gift item, to be redeemed at vionicshoes.co.nz.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO
RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received your shoes back in our warehouse, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

WHERE DO I DROP OFF MY PACKAGE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Drop off your package at any New Zealand Post location or use your preferred courier.

Please send your shoes back to our warehouse at the address below using your preffered carrier.
